Cancellation Policy

For Paid orders(paid via online) The customer has the right to cancel the order immediatley after has placed and paid for the order online using the Net Banking . CC/ DC or wallets. However, once order shipped , can’t be cancelled. For cancelled order a refund coupon will be generated and same can be redeemed in future orders. For any query related to cancellation of the order please whatsapp at 98317 67490. For Cash-on-delivery The customer can cancel their COD order before or during tele-verification. Once the customer confirm the COD order with tele-verification, it cant be cancelled. If any COD order get returned from address due to unavailability / denial of accpetenace of the shipment , no further COD order will be processed for the same address Unavailability of the one or more ordered books If any one or more book_011(s) are unavailable ( due to out of print or any other reason ) in any Paid orders , customer can choose any of below 2 options: 1. He can choose to get a refund of the same value. We will initiate a refund process which may take 4-7 working days to credit to the customer’s account. 2. We will issue a discount coupon code of the same value which can be redeemed in future orders. Example: If in an order placed of amount INR 630/- ( book_011 values are of INR 200/-, INR 250/- & INR 180/-), book_011 value of INR 250/- can’t be delivered due to out of print or any other reason. Customers will have two options: 1. He can choose to get a refund of Rs. 250/-. We will initiate a refund process which may take 4-7 working days to credit to the customer’s account. 2. we will issue a discount coupon of Rs. 250/- and the same will be sent with the other two available books This discount coupon can be redeemed in future order.
